Everyone receives a personal welcome with guidance from your initial contact and throughout the entirety of your stay.

From your initial inquiry for information, our educational advisors will accompany and guide you in your French language learning project.

Our registration service is in conjunction with the pedagogical resources. This helps you better define your needs and assists you in choosing the program that will best meet your objectives.

  • Clear information alongside a detailed description of our courses and their organisation, is available in French, English, and Spanish
  • Being flexible gives you the possibility of integrating onto one of our courses every Monday
  • Our registration process is tailored to your visa application: providing general information alongside issuing an invitation letter. If necessary, an accommodation certificate can be provided too.

You also benefit from our accommodation service for a comprehensive language stay: accommodation options include host families, residences, or private apartments.

  • The organisation of your arrival: airport or train station transfer (free with host family accommodation)

We will send you general information on your required administrative processes in France. For personal assistance not only before your arrival but throughout your stay, you can rely on our partners. Parachute: finding and booking accommodation, housing benefit, opening a bank account, buying a SIM card, health insurance, insurance, etc.

> Confirmation of your registration

Once you have chosen your French course and services:

  1. your adviser will send you a summary of your registration and your invoice
  2. Your registration is confirmed once we have received the payment of your deposit. After your receipt, you will also receive your invitation letter/enrollment certificate for your VISA application.
  3. Where applicable, you will receive the description of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord
  4. you will also receive a test to determine your level to be completed online (unless you are a beginner)
  5. A week before your arrival you will receive by email:
    • the plan for your first day
    • our guide for new students including general information on the school and the city of Toulouse, how to get to Langue Onze Toulouse, etc.
    • your google classroom login information

We look forward to greeting you at 8:45 for a welcome meeting and for general information about the school (team introduction, facilities, and course organisation). As well as information on the city of Toulouse (transportation, leisure activities, shopping, and administrative procedures). You will have an oral test conducted by one of our teachers to confirm that you are placed at the correct French language level. For beginner learners, this meeting is in English or Spanish.

You will receive information about the current month’s activities organised by the school: you can sign up directly on-site!

You will gain access to our KLF app, which enables you to quickly view your schedule, classroom, and your teacher at a glance.

Class starts at 9:45 if you have morning lessons or at 14:00 if you have afternoon lessons.

A free visit to Toulouse is organised approximately twice a month (On Mondays)

Our team is always at your disposal to help facilitate your French training, your daily life and your projects here in Toulouse:

  • Evaluation and follow-up of your progress in French, and possible adjustments to your program
  • Information and advice regarding the official French exams (DELF/DALF/TCF) alongside assistance with registration.
  • Advice and assistance in exploring Toulouse and the South-West of France You will be encouraged to participate in local events… And, you will receive our student newsletter “La Lettre de l’École
  • Forlong staystudents: 1 to 2 interviews are offered during the course to assess your progress in French learning. This also provides the opportunity to address any identified needs concerning school life and life in France: support and guidance in ongoing administrative procedures.
  • Continuous monitoring of your accommodation reservation ensures the quality of the Student / Host relationship and services provided
  • Fast and efficient handling when handling complaints and claims

  • You will receive an end-of-course certificate, indicating your initial level and the final level you attained
